AAARRGGHH!!!

That new venture that I was blogging about turned out to be a scam. As it turns out Google wasn't affiliated with this business I was interested in at all. Man!! When am I going to get my big break in life financially?

I am extremely excited about Church tomorrow. Its the only thing that brings me hope. :-D

New Venture

I'm trying a new venture with Google. Hopefully, this will work.

Testimony

I went to Church tonight and I worked Security at Youth Group and the Youth Pastor asked me to make a testimony of how I got to be there. I hopefully made some sort of impact on their lives.

I picked the Kids up for Church and they opened up their gifts from Family and they loved them. I was surprised that my liked the sweatshirt my sister got her because it had a butterfly on it. Usually she doesn't like those things.

Christmas

Christmas was good. I met with my mom out on the toll road in Angola to go to Ohio. We saw my sister and her family. It was all good.

The Gifts

I gave the Kids their gifts and they loved them. We went to the mall, then to Putt-Putt Arcade. I think they had a good time all-in-all. I don't know if they'll ever know how much I love them until they become parents themselves.

I have to get up 4:30 in the morning to get ready to go to Ohio. I'm kind of dreading the trip I have to make to Angola in my car. But, I'm excited to see my mom's side of the family.

Christmas Eve

I get to pick up the Kids today for Christmas Eve. I'm excited. I bought the Kids pre-paid Visa cards so they could also get stuff online if they needed to. I can't wait to see their looks on theirs eyes.

The Youth Pastor I was talking about yesterday called today wish us a Merry Christmas. It's so nice that "family" cares. The Church family is so uplifting and encouraging. (If you click onto the blue letters I promoted my favorite radio station.)

Icy Road Trip

At Church today Ed, Jake, and I were talking to the Youth Pastor today that we make road trips.

-Well, a friend of ours needed to borrow one of Ed's cars to go to Indy to visit this friend's Dad. He called Ed on his cell phone and said that he was running out of gas and that he was near Muncie and needed our help. ROAD TRIP!

We were on our way close to Muncie and it was so snowy we couldn't see the road. The wind was blowing the snow everywhere. Within ten minutes it stopped snowing and we got a call from the friend of ours saying he made it to Indy.

On our way back the roads were complete ice. There saw four wrecks within a three mile stretch. We saw an SUV go on I-69 from the North bound lanes through the grassy median into the South bound lane and slam into another car. We also saw another SUV roll over. I just hope that no one was seriously injured. There were so many Police cars Ambulances. I hadn't seen anything like it.

Unforgettable Adventure

I forgot to mention this...

So, last Saturday night I had a splitting headache and I took a couple of night time pain relievers so I could get rid of the pain and hopefully sleep it off. My roommate Ed comes in with a friend of ours by the name of Jake and asked, "Hey wanna see this new car and what it can do?"

I told him that I would sleep in the back because of the freakish meds I had ingested only an hour before hand. I fell asleep in the back of the car and woke up to my friends tapping on my leg telling me to wake up.

To my surprise I found out that this "little spin" around the block had turned out to be a FOUR HOUR trip to The Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City. I had the time of my life! I'm not sure if it was partially due to the little groggy happy pills or just the fact it was a nice, cool, surprising adventure. Did I mention that the State of Indiana was under a Winter Storm Advisory? We had 6"of snow accumulated on the ground at the time.

It was indeed one of the greatest moments of my life. By the way, I only spent $20.

Bad Rash

I woke up from sleeping all night on my leather couch, went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror and noticed I have a REALLY bad rash. I think I'm gonna tell people I was in a bar fight even though I haven't been in a bar in quite some time. By the way, my hair is nasty. That is why I'm wearing the hat. :-D
